Our story
The journey was started me & my colleagues were planning for a trip to somewhere and the decision came for Goa As it was a month of December so high expenses was very familiar. So when we reach to the hotel we just found that the rooms which we got was not up to the mark they were very cozy and we complaint the same thing to the hotelier but he said “sir this is 25th’DEC and you are in Goa and this time if you are getting hotels that is enough” After going through many hassles we founded that other hotels are there who are working on quality they only take bookings when they believe that they can host guest & That was the moment when it clicked out that the transparency has to be there between a hotel and customer at the point of booking only. There has to be instant support and resolution that he could have the hassle free stay.Even when i was travelling i found out that there are some gaps that the customer wants in it hotel but couldn’t say or update his travel partner in the booking. So just to fulfill all these things we started our own company in which the person can easily say or tell his requirement according to his needs and we make it sure that he gets the way he was been promised. And even make sure that the guest doesn’t need to worry till the end of his trip for his anything.
